Once I Have Appointed AIS Eurelo, What Happens Next?

Our customer services team will ensure we have all the details we need and a project manager will be appointed. Your project manager will then ensure we fully understand the project and will carry out a full risk assessment to ensure all projects are completely safe. You will be provided with a detailed method statement and critical path for your project, with timings and costs.

Will I Keep The Same Team Throughout?

The team involved in your project will depend on the nature of your requirements and the locations involved. You will have a consistent project manager throughout who will provide the interface between our team and yours.

What Happens If Our Requirements Change Part Way Through The Project?

We will always work with you to factor in any unforeseen changes which may negatively affect your requirements or time frame. However, changes to the initially agreed programme may incur additional charges.
